Hello and a big fat juicy duck and Mustard welcome to this brand spanking new blog!

Who are we?

Duck and Mustard is primarily hosted by Laura Wilson, a mother, blogger, home maker and small business owner, determined to create the most perfect living space for herself and others, whilst writing about all the things that crop up along the way in the hope of helping others on their journey. The name for this site simply comes from Laura's favourite colours, so you may see a few items with these colours in future posts!

What do we want & why are we here?

Our aim for Duck & Mustard is to focus on all things home, from decor to finding the perfect mortgage deal, saving for a deposit, creating wall art, how to relax in your home and much much more! We want to help you with all things home and lifestyle, to help you feel right at home.

Our homes are a place we should feel safe, happy, inspired. Our homes are a place we create and grow families, express our tastes and work hard to create a positive lifestyle. Sometimes knowing where to start with decorating, buying a house or learning to use your space in the best possible way can be tricky, so we're here to help shape your home into the best nest it can be.

Sometimes though, things are just pretty and we want them! So you can be sure to expect some gift guides, home decor ideas and styling tips with a few of our favourite products thrown in for good measure!
